Station Signage.
Isn't it amazing the questions you get asked on the Underground, I have a huge sign at the top of stairs at my station which as you can see says "TRAINS" and one of the most asked questions at my station."Which way to the trains?" Doh

It always surprises me how many people at your station (GPS) seem to go the wrong way down those stairs, too, against the flow of upcoming users.

Nik - I agree. Not only do they block the flow of people coming up the stairs they also decide when they get to the botom of the stairs they just stop!
